All I know is that on a previous car I went from 225/45 or whatever to a 205/50, both on an 8, and it became super predictable on the limit and communicative, and that's what I like in a car
The tyres that I'm on are very close to square on it, they seem to have a wider tread than other 205s (if that makes any sense)
