Replace the rocker arms and shafts, about $250-350 in parts (rocker arms, shafts, gaskets, new headbolts, timing belt etc.)

i was gonna do a trackday there on my bike on the 27th then chill for the AMA honda supercycle event, but i just got my new e30 so I had a bunch of stuff to do on it.

I ended up just riding my r6 down for the races. i hooked up my v1 to it, so I got there in about 3 hours, whereas mapquest said 4 hours and 15 minutes

did between 110 and 160 the whole way there, average speed was 130 or so
