All of those photos are out here. The pace car photos are all the way toward the back of this album. You can download high res. The pace car photos are around page 25, 26 & 27.

Nice looking track, I didn't think the hippies would allow a new track to be built in CA! They slammed the old Castle AFB track proposal up in Atwater until the company ran out of money and just quit.
Do you have any detail pictures of your rear wing uprights? I like the design of them. Where did you mount them in the trunk?Comment

I think I have a photo of the uprights after we picked them up from our machine shop and before powdercoat. Let me look for that one.Nice looking track, I didn't think the hippies would allow a new track to be built in CA! We mounted the uprights to the trunk floor with backing plates on the underside of the trunk floor. We also braced them at the top of the trunk. You could push the car from those uprights.

BTW, those uprights look pretty swanky!

oh, wow, that is much thicker than I was thinking. The wing I have has two mounting brackets, each with two holes that have a 1/4" gap. I was thinking of using 1/4" thick aluminum, but maybe that's too thin/flexible??? My wing will be about as high as yours (roofline) so that is plenty of height for flex to cause problems...I think I have a photo of the uprights after we picked them up from our machine shop and before powdercoat.
