I really really really love your car......congrats on a successful track day!!

Did you ever do anything to massage more power out of the S14? It looked like you were keeping a pretty brisk pace! I know that can be attributed to driver skill/suspension set up, but it would deffinately add to the overall sexiness if you did IMHO :pimp:

We're running the S14 all stock except for a cone intake and custom exhaust.
Our spare S14 was just delivered last week. It's Stage 2 of the project which will be a 2.5L EVO conversion. We'll detail that project when we start in a couple months.

Stage 1 of the project was really just to get everything all swapped over and make it drivable.

They're indeed heavy wheels. We thought they looked pretty good and cleared the big brakes we had. They were cheap and got us up and running quickly.

In the meantime we're on the lookout for some 16" wheels which will clear our brakes. Something in the sub 20lb range should be much better.

How did the tyre rubbing go ? I remember u talking about it in the build up thread.

Can u tell me how the steering stops work ? I'm really curious

We're getting some rubbing on the rear inside edges against the chassis. We had a 5mm spacer to help, but we're going to bump it up to an 8mm for the next event. Should fix the problem.

There's no steering stops installed, though it probably does need them. The 235/40/17 tires are just too wide for the car. On steering, the side edge of the tire hits the chassis when you're near full lock.
