Any e30m30 autox or hpde cars ?

Just want to hear what you like and don't like about your particular combination ?

How is the balance of the car, how is the mid range power, do you wish for more top end ?

    Thanks.

I’ve only tracked once, at Sebring int raceway in FL and the first thing to say is that I’m extremely happy how the car didn’t complain a single time. I beat on it for 5x sessions of 35min/e and brakes only faded away twice the whole day and I had enough time to leave the track, cool down and finish the session.

My suspension setup is excellent!! I would only consider front and rear sway bars say 24f/20r just to eliminate a little body roll for those fast transitions but I would not change my 450/550 koni (on softest setting) setup. power, well... I am fully stock ex a 4.10 lsd and it sux not to have more HP but that is soon to change since I have an s52 in the mail!! Tires would be the other thing I would change, I was running some sucky sumitomo HTR 200s and they stink...then again it was a porshe event and I might have felt slow but I was probably car-limited. I managed to pass a few boxters (who approached me and asked for mods), there was 1 other miata and everyone else either had a porshe, ferrari, GT3, GT3RS's and only other bmw (96M3) was in an advanced class.

all in all, I really guessed the setup, it kiks ass, very well balanced I actually tended to understeer much more ofter than i expected/oversteered (i drift this car so that was wierd) but i love it. Now to answer your question, I like how the M20 has a ton of mid-range torque but the engine rarely fell below 3800rpm at any given session.
    No more e30s for me.
