    Unbelievably cheap r-comps...

$48 each for 195/55/14 Ecsta V700's. $33 for 185/55/14 for you really cheap people. V710's are only $115 for 205/55/14 (IIRC), and VictoRacer's are only $80 for the same size.

    tirerack.com

    I'm ordering at least 1 set of 195/55/14 Ecsta V700's tonight :)

It's the worst possible timing for me too, but this deal can't be turned down. It doesn't make sense to spend over 3x as much next spring.

$33 for a 185/55/14 blows my mind. You can't walk into a local tire shop and get ANY tire in ANY size for that price, especially a 14" R-Comp!

Might have to oreder some in store in the closet for spring time. Sensing a compound or model change hence the blow out.

V700's are not the best thing. I used a set for a few events [205-55-14]. While they will last a very long time i would spend a little extra on v710's.

That aside, def a great deal for those who want to start out. very forgiving tire and they flat spot like champs!

What are you guys gonna do with 185 width tires? Put them on your Metro?

                        Yes.

Actually, I'm going to put my b-caps to good use, and I'm a college student, so fresh R's for $33 a pop? Hell, I could re-sell them to the miata pukes for twice that, easy!

Do a hell of a lot better then a 205/55 ES100 or some shit.

Yes, you are better on 195 r-comps, better yet on 205's, and best off with 225's, but when you are talking $132 vs. $500, for a n00b, the choice is obvious.
