So those brackets are basically NLA?

Very interesting, I might pick up a set of these for my Corbeaus, as I would like to use their side mounts instead of their brackets, providing me with some reclining ability (which will come in handy on a 3000 mile road trip) :pErick Mahle | FullOpp Drift | YouTube

The reclining mechanism is not in the factory rails, it is with the OEM seat. Therefore, bolting a raceseat to the OEM slider will not allow reclining. Only sliding front and back.Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

Yes, I understand that, but the point is that using the side mount, you have different height levels you can select (I can see that pictured). It would obviously not be as easy as pulling the lever, but I can bolt the seat in a position that would recline more than what my bottom mount brackets are currently offering me.Erick Mahle | FullOpp Drift | YouTube

I understand it might not be the right forum for the next question, but hey. Let's try it.
I had requests from a few individuals to have a couple of units laser cut. So, is there enough interest for 12 sets (2 pieces per set - one seat), including all graded fasteners, for $80cdn shipped (USPS 2 weeks)?Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

~$78 US shipped? I'd probably be in...
One question. If I were to buy a corbuea seat, through, say soloperformance.com, and get the optional e30 brackets for $89 (pictured below)... what would the difference be, besides not needing side brackets for for the corbuea sliders?

Would that bracket just bolt right to the bottom of the seat, and that's that? If so, the downside obviously is the lack of tilt. But if you offer a product that offers tilting, for a lower price, count me in.Comment

Sidemounts are to be used on the sides of a race seat. Not the bottom. Please check the pictures that Brandon posted. Those I make are to be used with OEM sliders, or straight on the floor with aluminum angles.

Although the timing is off, I might be down for one, possibly two down the road. When would this happen?Erick Mahle | FullOpp Drift | YouTube

I guess it'll be more in the Spring. I am currently supervising the production of five already developped kits, and three new ones, plus some new radial mounts and some S14 stuff.Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

I know, my point was, using a bottom mount slider setup that bolts to the bottom of the seat, and fits the specific car, eliminates the need for side mounts altogether, right? The only benefit would be the side mounts offer tilt adjustability? I know that's a huge benefit, I'm just trying to understand the possible mounting methods. I don't want to spend $90 on that Corbuea slider bracket and found out I need side mounts to make them work too or something. In that case I will definitely buy yours (I might anyway, just for tilting functionality...)Comment

I don't even get your reasoning... in all your scenarios you pay more?
I am currently using Corbeau sliders, and I will have to go back to OEM to use his side mount brackets.

In all my scenarios? There's 2 options - Lee's side brackets, or Corbuea's slider brackets. I'm trying to figure out if the Corbuea brackets are complete (as in, that's all I would need to buy). That's why I posted the picture. I'm questing if I still need Corbuea side brackets to mount the seat to that slider setup, or if that slider is made to bolt to the seat.Comment
