Most durable brand of poly bushings and engine mounts?
I just got AKG's 75D poly motor and trans mounts for my track car. Seemed like the best price. I did a bit of research and haven't heard of anyone having any issues with them. Only $88 shipped for all 4. I'll be putting them in next weekend.
+1 Vorshlag motor mounts just make sure you retain the heat shield. I recommend Kmac adjustable rtabs. Powerflex rear sub frame mounts, and IE CABs use a set screw into the side so the bushing can't rotate.
I just installed weld in IE adjusters and they look like they will be very solid. I literally re-installed my rear suspension this morning.
I've also been using IE poly rear bushings and had good luck with them in two different e30s. If I had to buy again I would buy from AKG, he knows his shit

Let me know how you like these, i have been thinking about getting them.
Also, are they worth the price and the pain of the install? And are they that hard to install, many people dont get then because they say they are too hard/PITA to install.

My car is a track car, so the benefit of adjustable rear suspension in terms of camber and toe is high. On a street car I would probably not install these parts. It's a lot of work. i would only do it if the subframe were out anyway for bushings or whatever. Cost was not an issue for me, it's a track car, i pretend like I'm spending monopoly money when I buy parts for it.
It's a pain the ass to grind out the old mounting points and weld in the tabs. Not hard, but time consuming. Then when mocking it all up I realized that I'd have to shave down the subframe bushing in order to have enough clearance for the nut on the eccentric bolt. Basically once the subframe was out I spent about 3 hours cutting, grinding, and welding in the new parts. Then I painted the subframe which took another day. Check your range of motion before you paint though to make sure your welds don't inhibit the motion of the eccentric bushing, if it does you will have to grind a little bit.
I took great care to install all this as my car will see about 14 track days this year, I run the rumble strips on one of my local tracks and in general the car takes abuse from multiple drivers each day. I don't want to have to re-do my work so my initial time investment may be a little higher than others. I just have a strange habit of checking, double checking, beer, triple checking and then welding. Sometimes it takes a while
