I used them on my previous E30 for both track and street use. Great wheels!

Those are not direct fit at 38mm. Tire rack sends spacers with them.

I used to run them, up until a week ago on my car full time. Nice wheels, I just like the Hartges better.

^^Yeah I dont think that they have the direct fitment E30 wheels any more. And I think unless you custom ordered them, they werent ever hub-centric.

I love mine, they are great light wheels. Mine are 15x8 and fit a 225 perfectly.

At the SCCA, NASA, and BMWCCA events I go to probably 6-7 out of every 10 cars are running K1's. They are a good quality wheel that is extremely affordable-- cant argue with that.

they need a 16x8 k1... that would be the best... I dont understand why everyone likes 15's for track rims ... 16's have more tires selection ..... btw i know that spec e30 only run 15's

I have 16" K1's on my DD. I love them. When I wen from 14" weaves to K1's I couldn't feel any decrease in acceleration. But then again, I have a m30, so that might have something to do with it.

I would like a 16x8 k1 in e30 fitment also. That would make for a good group buy if someone could put that together.

I used to own some 4x100, et 27, 57.1 centerbore, 16x8.5 K1s... I never got the chance to put tires on them though. I only owned them for about a month. Sold them for $500 too. That was a mistake!

Damn. I've never seen a set like that before. I'd rock that set on either car.

K1s are okay but there are better wheels available now that are direct fit to the E30. the K1 was one of the only choices for a decent track wheel that didn't cost a fortune back in the day though.

225/45/15 or 225/50/15 are the perfect size for E30's

what good track tires are there in 16"? 225/50/16 and 245/45/16 come to mind and they are both way too tall for e30's
