    looking for good auto-x wheels

So I'm trying to find a good set of 14 inch wheels for auto-x to run a set of hoosiers. hopefully a set of aluminum forged or light weight alloys that are also pretty wide but Im staying with the 4x100 bolt pattern

If anyone has a suggestion or knows of something to look into any help would be greatly appreciated

Why not just run some 225/50/14 hoosiers on some weaves?

You might have a tough time finding 14 inch lightweight rims. 15x8 rims are fairly avaliable though.

Stock bottlecaps might be your best bet if you want 14s. The sidewalls will be tall enough that you can actually fit fairly wide tires on them.

I don't know how good their selection of small-diameter rims is, but Diamond Racing may be able to supply you with a set of steelies. Not sure how heavy they are, though.

+1 on the stock bottlecaps or weaves. Both are relatively cheap and surprisingly light, especially compared to what else might be out there. I've seen local guys in G-Stock stuff 225 wide rubber on them. The sidewalls are angled which looks funny but it works.

I have a set of 14x6 vw bottlecaps with falken azenis rt-215's, 205/60/14 I believe. If u don't mind looks they are a good cheap option. ET38 so you'd need small spacers.

Hey Mossman, If you're willing to ship those 'caps with Azenis to Las Vegas I may be interested. Let me know,

Team Dynamics made a 14X7" 4X100 wheel. I dont know if its still around, but im sure you can find used ones.

I run stock baskets with 225/50 Hoosiers. 10mm front and 8mm rear spacers. The front rubs a little on the strut, rear fenders need rolled.. i rubbed on a bumpy track last season.

                  EDIT: Pro Race 1.2 is the name. Et35 or 38 12lbs $142

stock basketweaves are only like 14lbs and 225/50-14 hoosiers fit great on them. Plus they're cheap. doesn't get much better than that..
