I would like to have my old account unlocked

Hello,
I actually had to create a new account to hopefully find out what is going on with my old one. I have sent a few emails via administrator link but never received a return email. I have also sent for a lost password about a dozen or more times and never received a link. My original account I am inquiring about is under Sirotto, it shows i still have the account but it will not let me in. It has been almost a year since i was into it last, i think.

I would like to have my old account unlocked, reopened or whatever needs be. Thanks
