Yeah except for people commuting in, I don't see CT ever involved in any cooperative or interstate arrangement with NY or NJ. NY/NJ shares many large facilities such as ports, airports, bridges and tunnels, PATH etc. There is a Port Authority of NY/NJ. So I say CT can stick to New England :)Comment
