Not really necessary IMHO.
Though there do seem to be alot of "individuals" who are parting out a bunch of cars at one time. Maybe they need to be supporting vendors or something like that since I think it's pretty clear they are running a full time business.
Don't get me wrong, I know lots of regular people part out cars (I do), but some of these guys are making a living at it (I don't).......
