Make em' search. I asked one question during my build and got raped with a baseball bat. I did it with research and I think other people should too.

^lol but it's not all about people that need help.
I'm sure a more organized board would bring more guest and thus more $.

It should reduce repost by a large percentile. Searching will still be necessary but will be easier since threads will be organized.

Please don't do this. It will be much harder to follow. Right now you can just check one forum for new posts and it's great. There isin't even that much traffic that this is necessary. Too much stickies? There's only 3!

Look at what's in there now. Is there really that much posts about brakes or transmissions that it could justify having it's own forum, separate from the general brakes or transmissions forum? No way! It wouldn't get enough posts to be worth it.

The transmission and exhaust forums are pretty slow as it is. We don't need to take posts from these or the 24v forum to make more forums that are even more dead. I like the idea of having less forums with more traffic. It makes things easier to follow.

It would look stupid to have a general exhaust forum then a separate 24v exhaust forum. Why wouldn't you make an exhaust forum separate for m42 or m20 etc. There are still way more people with m20 or m42 than 24v.

Transmissions is even stupider, because a lot of people use the m20, getrag transmissions for the 24v swap, so there would be threads that would be good to put in both forums, not good to separate this out. If it's something specific to doing a 24v swap the 24v swap forum is where it would go.

24v brakes forum? Why? Why do we really need a separate forum for this rather than the general brakes forum. We don't have a separate forum for m20 or m42 brakes. This isin't even tied to the engine. The only brake related thing that's specific to the swap is the different brake booster required. That alone does not need a whole forum for it.
