Not too likely. Seems that site prefers its members to pay to join. AFAIK, there is only 1 guy that opens the gate, that may be the issue too. -

Hey, about 3-4 months ago i signed up for a e30tech.com account just as
i did for r3vlimited. However my account still hasnt been approved and i havent been able to post or send messages. I was wondering if any of you fellow r3v members would be willing to help me out on getting it unlocked.
