Jeff, the address bar IS the google search...so no worries there.

I figured out how to make an email hyperlink bring up my gmail account too. I added the "notifier" found on the GMail help page...once again, quick and easy.

You can easily add bookmarks by simply highlighting them and dragging them to the bookmark bar, which is turned on or off by using "Control + B".So far, I love it.

google chrome is getting kinda lame. it works, but i miss all the "buttons" on FF and ie3. as in the ones for home page. plus i miss having the bookmarks hidden. plus im confused why a browser made by google, doesnt have google search bar on it, and i cant figure out how to put it on.

go into the options, click "show home button in toolbar".

you can hide bookmarks with ctrl+B.

you do google searches in the address bar. that bar does all kinds of things. you can even set search shortcuts. for example, my shortcut for youtube is "yt", so if i want to search boobs on youtube i type "yt boobs" and it automatically searches within youtube. amazon = amaz, torrentz = t, facebook = face, etc. its all customizable. if you want to figure out more stuff just PM me and ill help you out. i've been using it since day 1.
