Saw this M Tech II on 85 and Steven's Creek. Lady was driving it too. Not sure how to tell full m tech 2 from the appearance package but it had the m tech cloth seats, leather console, 15in weaves, etc.

That's definitely a true M-Technic car. Appearance package cars were white on white.

Wtf is up with old women driving mtech verts. I saw a white one at a gas station a year ago, got excited because i thought it'd be an enthusiast and that we'd talk about our cars. Out comes an old lady, asked if shes selling it and she said she wasn't.
