Saw this M in Marin County up north. Who's is it?

I don't know but up North is the land of the swapped engine M3s, bad ass cars those guys turn out.

saw a early model bronzit(couldnt tell series). looked lower a little with fogs. it was last night around 730pm on devonshire in chatsworth. i flashed my brights as i saw you coming half mile away.... no response. you were either daydreaming or just over amazed by how crispy my car was lookin. HAHA

Spotted: Red early model, white dude driving last night around 11. You popped your fogs on when I flew by and we took it up to 115 120ish on 880.
