Official California E30 Sightings Thread

Not an e30 but I saw an "M1" on the 23rd freeway on thousand oaks. The guy was heading towards simi valley. White, vintage, looked like a daily driver (a bit dirty). This was around 6:30pm (tuesday 8/24). It resembled this but more authentic:



And of course, years ago, I saw this on the 101 in Newbury Park. Again, not the actual car but damn.

Saw you behind me in line at taco bell off of Magnolia and Colfax at like 10:45pm-ish. I was busy texting and I looked at my rear view and saw your clean clean 30 giving me a thumbs up. He had his girl in the passenger seat.

i saw this car in westwood tonight! i parked in front of him for a couple photos and a hope that he would wander out and talk...but nothing. cleanest e30m i've ever seen. LMs, CF hood and spoiler. had the exact same sticker on the spoiler. mint, just mint.

Funny you ask because one minute before I saw that white e30 I also took a picture of a red e30 vert but I didnt save it to my camera. Ive been on a roll lately finding these things.

Saw a green m42 convertible with a faded black hardtop and black 5-spoke wheels at stock height driven by an older gentleman who enthusiastically gave me a thumbs up and I returned the favor. This was on Sepulveda yesterday around 5pm going north around Culver Blvd. Looks good man!

Saw a white late model coupe slammed on baskets I believe headed west on 3rd right past La Cieniga in Beverly Hills yesterday at around 7pm. Looked like the car had a full load of people.

That right there my friends is a red E30.Saw it going south bound on the 55fwy today,parked in a big empty dirt lot.Three hours later it was still there.Took the photo when I drove north bound. Man,I'm good.;)
