The Wedge, this Friday. One of the best things to watch in Socal, is a surf spot called the Wedge. It's the opening of the Newport Harbor and it's world renown especially when it's big. People come from all over to watch the retards who eat shit on the massive waves. This entire weekend it's supposed to get huge. You should go check it out!

Oh, and as far as cars go, check out Beer, Brats, and BMW's. This Saturday morning (and every saturday morning) at 7:00am there is an event called Cars and Coffee. Tons and Tons of rare and special cars go there each week. This Saturday in particular, it's having most BMW's show up, and from there going to Beer, Brats, and BMW's.

You should come check them out! From the looks of your sig, your tech 2 looks pretty rad.

thanks! my car is actually going to stay up here in seattle for a little bit, because i am getting the car retrofitted with an e30m3 5 lug, and am currently in the process of finding a nice motor to swap in ;) lots of goodies to come, but i have a lot of friends in socal e90 so i should fit right in once my car is swapped.

I also usually check out the weekly meet in irvine. I actually drove my cousin's e92 m3 to the meet last year when it first came over stateside. it was pretty rad seeing everyone break necks while i drove it in! hahaha! Our garage in irvine will be my cousins AW e92m3 and hopefully soon my tech2 e30.

Welcome, I would have to second what japandrew73 said about the wedge. Awesome to watch on overhead days. Enjoy the weather. Irvine is a little boring though, Although you can find some stuff to do.

You forgot to mention that the wave usually breaks in about 1 foot of water. Definitely a sight to see when it gets big, like this past week.

I don't know how the roads in Seattle are but Cali has the worst.
