Anyone have experience shipping door cards?

I heard cheapest is greyhound no? any info would help: like what to use as packing materials and where to find boxes n what not the size of the door cards.
I was thinking behind the local grocery store for boxes...

But any additional info would help!

I always buy the box from the UPS Store. I think it's supposed to be for pictures. It's white and fits all 4 almost perfectly. Just fill the rest with newspaper. I usually ship through FedEx though, costs about $45-$50 to most places.
