I think that's one of those things where you contact vendors of your choice by phone or email.

I know the proper way is to email vendors directly. I've noticed some vendors will have an application form on their websites. But I want to keep it close nit. Nothing that I would not buy on my own. Like there is no way i'd let yokohama put es100 tires on my car just because they are free. Unless I was building a drift car. I loathe those tires.

But seriously anyone who has been around my car gets forced to either drive it or gets taken for a joy ride. I actually get offended when they don't drive it likes its a $2 rental car.
