BoA seriously pisses me off. i paid off their credit card to rid myself of worrying about it, and i'm still getting interest charges on a $0.00 balance. i really don't understand.

this is after they cut my limit from $1200 to $200.

they REALLY must not want me to be a customer.

I just got a service charge from my bank. I was 7 days late on a payment because the bill got lost. I called them and they told me that it was interest on the 7 days that I was late and there was nothing they could do about that but they waived the service charge because this was the first time I have ever been late with a payment. Maybe something simular happened with your account.

haha didn't think i could make a late payment on a zero balance. it was only something like $.86, but that means i get another bill to pay the following month for less than a dollar. what a waste of my time.
