i have a question about shocks, mainly the front. if i lower my car to the point that the shock insert in the strut bottoms out will it automatically blow them? or can i ride on them for lets say 1 day till they would blow? i have coil-overs with JOM front strut inserts and im at the top of my coil-over threads. my sub-frame is 2 inches from the ground, and i would like to see how low my car would go with the adjusters all the way down(which is about 2+ inches)
i just don't wanna spin them down and find out that because i wanted to look at it low- that now i need new shocks. i would be spinning them up the same day-FREEDOM- is cruisin at 80, windows down and listening to the perfect song-thinking "this is it"

Bilstein Sports are almost impossible to blow from my experience, but that's almost comparing apples to oranges here.
