well see, i want to be able to say i fought for our country and earn the respect, loyalty, values and the discipline and to really become bigger than myself, and have a complete transformation of who i am now. plus, i could use the money for schooling and the additional benefits. i'm still on the wall though as i would probably be 28-32+ years old after graduating with a bs or ms in comp engineering. but on the other hand, i'd have no debt, and i would be able to get a job rather quickly.

It's not going to take you 9 years to get a BS lol.
What happened to you always cramming credits?

You don't qualify for financial aid? And if you're SO set and dedicated to getting your BS or Master's, nothing is wrong with taking out a loan for school. The rates aren't bad at all.

This isn't a country I'm really gun-ho about for pride to say "I fought for it", but that's another topic.

it would if i ended up going to marines. i'll be serving 4 years of active service and then after that, i'm on call for another 4 years. so another it would. i do qualify for fa but loans scare me, and with tuition only getting more and more expensive, i'd rather not worry about loans.

              Loans are for tuition.

If they scare you, then you're not too confident in your career choice then.
My dad's lawyer took out a loan to finish law school. He's living bo$$ at the moment now with his loans paid off. Like I said, tuition loans have stupid low interest rates to begin with.

What college are you attending. Check out the BOGG Waiver.

i'm fully confident with my career choice. i just don't like borrowing money, for whatever reason, doesn't matter. i just don't like the feeling of owing money or anything for that matter. i'm leaning towards just getting some loans, but it sure as hell would be nice as a benefit to have a free education. i'm attending lapc at the moment, but hope to be in ucsd within a year or two.

Everyone has debts in America. It's just how it works.
Homeless people have a higher net-worth than people who live comfortably most of the time lol. Like I said, student loans have a very low interest rate. Many people who are over 30 and still paying the loans are paying minimum because the interest rate is so ridiculous that it's not worth it to them paying it off all at once.

Just search when it comes to that time,.

abby, if you buy a h1 kit from DDM, the bulbs come with connectors that plug into the 3 prong connector for a sealed beam. No splicing or cutting. Only thing you need to cut is the cap for the lights because the bulb ass end is bigger.

Seriously though... Tuition and all this jack with schools, budgets, and money is making me mad and screwing us over.. Can't we for once elect a governor that isnt a total frick-tart, has his head on straight, and knows whats important in life...?
Screw green energy.. We need money in our schools, businesses having less hoops to jump through, and jobs for people to work at... Air pollution and hugging trees should be the last of our concerns right now...

^ at least you have your head on right, unlike most morons. green energy is great, but the technology isn't here yet. they need to wait until it's ready to be implemented and not prematurely so that the economy and everything with it starts to suffer.
