throttle cable snapped on me just now. i gotta say i love the tq from my 2.7 , i was about 2 miles from home and debated fixing or creep it home. So i creeped in 5th gear at 700rpms doing a big 20mph lols. luckly i wasnt alone, had hans2 by my side.

It runs, it drives!
I know what you're thinking, it's just an E36. Trust me a LOT of work, time, parts, and money went in to this car. I bought it with a blown engine that had already been removed so this made it kind of a puzzle to piece back together. Considering this car hasn't hit the road in about 3.5 years it drove very well! Power felt great, just need to run this old gas out of it, pinging right now.

LOL, will you meet me halfway?
Sad thing is I did put 5 gallons of fresh 91 in there along with Lucas fuel system cleaner but the old gas remains. Had to put a brand new fuel pump in the thing too, old gas pisses pumps off if they sit.
Tomorrow I'm picking up a new expansion tank and that should be the end of my spending spree.Comment
