I havent been to the rose bowl bimmerfest,........but i hear it blows. They need to have it up north again or atleast have it cali speedway with some auto-xing and drag racing would be a change?.

I had a lot of fun at Bimmerfest when it was in SB. The majority of the fun was hanging out with a shitload of people at the hotel, BBQing and getting hammered. The drive up there is nice too.

As far a bimmerfest goes you can't make everyone happy. I wish I was in the local scene when it was up the coast but imo it is what you make of it. if you go in thinking it will suck it probably will. accept that things change overtime and enjoy the fact that it exists at all, have some fun and talk about your favorite cars w/ other enthusiasts. and watch the occasional dumbass do something stupid, this is LA after all, it's bound to happen at an event this large.

I appreciate bimmerfest because it's like the one meet where everyone really comes from all over to hang out. I can't think of any meet of this magnitude ever, ncluding carbq and dock. The caravan is a riot, and just kicking it with everyone on the grass last year was fun.


Fwiw, everyone always says "idk I'd I'm going," but always end up going anyway :p
