dude, i'm not trying to be a dick or anything but rather help you out with your situation. i would really advise getting off the bong. if you want any sort of chance in fighting this case which should have been yours in the getco, get off the weed. i would also call around to a few lawyers and call small claims before making any final decisions.

Wut. I understand that and all but weed isn't the problem, its my own fault cause I gave a statement before hiring a lawyer and they're using my words against me. I haz lawyer. I heard earlier today that I won't be able to go to small claims anymore after I get my money since they'd have me sign papers stating that what's done is done and I can't prolong it by further taking it to court. My dad told me this but I don't think he's ever been in a real accident aside from little bumps that other drivers caused.
Is this true though? Cause if not, I would absolutely love to take my 70% of money and get the other 30 by going to court.

well i think the weed has a lot to play in your judgment. if they somewhat of notice that you are high or anything, they can easily say you were high at the time of the accident and put full on blame on you. i've seen it done with one of my friends. i don't know anything else legal wise as i've never been in an accident before. i would call around though before doing anything unless you have already signed papers and whatnot.

I c. Well if your a chronic blazer being high is pretty much normal. Speaking from experience of course. Was a smoke everyday person for 4 years. I've been clean for a year d0e! If I smoked now id be a total derp though. I have friends that r complete idiots under the influence & sober. Fail. All depends on the person is what I'm getting at

1. always disconnect battery when messing with electricity.
2. check fuses.
