well the thing is i'd have to buy a used cosmo nose panel otherwise if i buy new and paint it, it'll stand out way too much. plus i'd like to have the other small blemishes fixed in the car. if a body shop can do it perfectly without full respray, then by all means, i'll take that route.

Ben, buy some new- good tires on your car. Doubt you'll chirp 3rd anymore. I can chirp 4th with shitty ass used tires ;)

The tires on the bottle caps were new. The r888's i have now dont chirp they just slip even when street warm (even in 3rd). I have yet to see what I can do on some old cheapo bald tires.

You need to understand the concept of my engine. All my big powa is mid range so after switching gears im in full power band.

Your car better chirp 3rd since its a m50 w/s50 cams and a tune.

Btw id be lucky to make even 150whp and i can chirp 1,2,3. Dont need 24v's to do that ;)

Lol. It's not even a hard chirp. It's a squeak at best. Something isn't right though. Either it means this motor is about to go or it's healthier than I thought. I'm a little scared to pull the head. I've got a pretty good feeling that my block is cracked at the headbolts.

Any decent body shop can match the paint my friend. Nose panel is $85 shipped new on eBay. If I were you I'd just wait for a clean used one to come along since yours looks fine for now.
