Ben go to autozone and buy standard 7/8s poly bushings with bracket and use those. Cut a little off the bushing so it clamps the bar a bit more. I have been running it like this for over a year and it works awesome

i did the same and have been running them for over two years, no noise or issues.

I think bma offers a brake kit for e30s which comes with pads, rotors and sensors. Less than $120 I believe.
