My bad just checked again its cracked on the passenger side , one of the tabs was bent already and I hit a speed bump pretty hard causing it to crack just on that side.sigpicComment

Psh, bent subframes don't mean a thing, you can actually do without the bolts that hold in it as long as the tranny brace is there.
