Take a drve (around 20-30 mins). Inflate tires. Make sure there's no check engine light

Drive hard on the way to the smog place. A hot cat is more efficient. Dont shut off car when u get there just let it idle till its time.

what others have said. get on the freeway, drive like 1 or 2 gears lower and drive it hard. ideally get to the smog place when there are no other cars being smogged or in line for smog. keep it idling/revving it around 2.5k-3k if you do have to wait a while for a couple minutes before hand. definitely clear all check engine lights. you'll be fine.

i have an appointment so hopefully their wont be to many people in front of me, the car runs fine no check engine and it pulls and idles rock solid and ill drive a close canyon road before i get there

Just ziptie your struts or arms down. No springs hold an e30 down!
