I somehow ended up with 2 spare wheels in all the trading I did and this one just happened to be trashed. I have 4 good tires on the car and I chose the crappiest spare to use as a test subject ;)
Doubt these will make it on the car at all; technique still needs work...

-Ask traffic teller you want to do traffic school.
-He/She will give you like a 3 month period of time to complete.
-Go to a traffic school with license and your ticket/referral whatever(they'll tell you on the phone) and begin boredom.
-When complete you will get another referral which you go give to the traffic teller at the courthouse showing completion.
Shitty thing is, you need to pay an amount to request traffic school. Then you pay the fee for traffic school.
