I would tend to agree that your car isn't worth what you were asking for it Ben, but I haven't said anything because I understand you're in a tight spot and needed cash if you were going to sell it...

I'm glad you've decided to fix it; I considered buying Greg's 325is and restoring it / color changing it before I picked up my M3, and having driven it I will agree it was in rough shape...but it did run and it wasn't a 'vert - so I wouldn't say it was worth less than your car with a broken transmission...

I've seen some 5 speed transmissions for sale on CL for reasonable prices; hopefully you can get your car running again fairly economically.

thanks nick , the funny part is , im not in a tight spot for money. Im just a cheap ass and dont want to spend my money. if i was in a tight spot for money i wouldnt go out to eat every friday and spend 50 bux on food , 20-30 in gas. money is never an issue. O btw i found a trans thanks.
