I was doing my gf's e30 timing belt/water pump change today an after I was done with that I moved in to adjusting the valves, and found this.

I've done Timing belt/water pump replacement, acc belts replaced, new spark plugs, replace ignition wires. Cold ac, Clean interior, auto. both fenders have dents.???

Edit: Anyone down to come and help me replace the rocker arm?

Its second one on the manifold side. I believe the head needs to come off. Would it work with jb weld, lol?
