Depends on how stiff you want want your car to be, I know some people run 650 750 rates and as low as 500 600. Is it a DD or AutoX champ? or you don't care about ride quality :rofl:

Its gonna be a DD, but i wanna get into autoX/drifting at Adams and eventually elsewhere, BUT Mostly my DD!!, Im asking cause a member has a new set for-sale with those rates.

those spring rates sound alright. definitely depends on how stiff you want it and what purpose its going to have.

Im guessing I should get lower rates, DD 1st then weekend warrior.

Accompanied by good shocks, those are "track racing" rates or "so slammed I don't wanna bottom out" rates.


450 front and 600 rear is probably the most you want to go for DD/spirited driving with stock swaps and such.

H&R race is 315/570 and is what spec/most people use without complaint yet is track proven. So you can base yourself off that.
