FYI, the state has hired more police force, to give out bullshit tickets again so they can meet their quota and have a nice fat bonus check come Christmas time. How do I know this?, wifey knows a cop friend in the federal force, that just told all their friends about that. :hitler:

Longstory short , traffic came to a stop on the 118 , I was gonna rear end someone . So I went into carpool so I didn't rear end the person infront of me ..
Then he said I was riding solo.

He said I could've gotten one for my exhaust but he said he was 'cutting' me a break .
Bull shit ticket thouggh.
I'm not sure if I should try to fight it ,
Its gonna be over 300$

Save your pennies, pay the bail amount and go to trial easiest shit to clear. Any judge should see though this one. Good luck cause we all need it.

don't pay the owner of that site any money as he's pretty shady. actually he's a scam artist. a good one though considering the info on it is really helpful and honest, I'm not sure if it can help you or not but definitly look around.

You're all going to lose your ticket fights if the cop shows up when you end up in court unless you're eligible for traffic school.
Extend your ticket and try to do the written declaration with out paying bail. Say you have no money, whatever works.
If you lose the declaration, reappeal it to get another shot in court. You'll lose most likely because if the cop took his time to respond to the written declaration, he most likely hates you and will go to court for overtime pay. This is where not paying bail comes handy because the judge could lower your fine since you will now likely lose.

I'd like to add that my sis just lost her TBD...the copper actually wrote back. She paid the bail after her first extension, she wasn't going to go the "I don't have any money" route :) She was offered traffic school + court fee's. I've fought off 3 tickets this way and have never heard of anyone losing a TBD...I'm guessing that Cali got tired of losing "revenue" all these years.
