iirc, your pads were fine but your sensors were cut. unless you really want to upgrade i would check your pads/rotors again before spending the moolah.

well i squeal like a little pig sometimes when i'm braking, well not me, but annaliese ;)
and the light goes on only when i press on the brake but otherwise goes right off. where do i get sensors from?

idk, i'm sure others here know better than i do about this stuff, but my pads/rotors are pretty new and they make all sorts of noise until they warm up. i never replaced the sensors.

they make noise because they weren't properly broken in. get some brake quite and spray it on.

Go to VatoZone and buy them, they should be no more than $8 a piece.

Fuuu why not just splice the wires together so light turns off and buy new pads/rotors
