There's 2 places in Sun Valley that sell good used tires. Like $30 each mounted and balanced. Not sure how cheap you are wanting though.

found out my cars issue... Fuel pump relay. I cross jumped the relay and the car started up 1st try. So happy now, where can i buy new relays on the cheap?
