205s just might be wayyy to square to tuck up in the fenders. if i'm going to already be rolling and pulling my fenders, i want a tire that isn't going to be shredded but something that can be tucked. it's either 185 or 195's for me then.
remember what i was telling you

Like a girl spreading her legs apart and trying to walk. Such a narrow width.

195/50 or 205/45 looks the best for that type of fitment. It's only an 8'' wheel.
-ak what was your final offset?

      -2 front, +3 rear
camber plates in front made the difference not to look weird/poke too much.

Sweet I got 1 use out of my new wheel lock bolts. God damn key is lost, and I can't get them off.

so abby, what do you recommend me doing? it's going to be sitting with my ride height in my sig, with 20mm spacers front, and and 23mm rear, so total et is et3f/et0r. i want the tires to tuck nicely without getting torn apart.

I'm mostly worried about that point where I may need new tires.

It would be kind of ironic if the wheels get stolen before I figure out how to solve this issue.

I don't understand why you're putting big spacers on them. I often wonder if anyone in the stanced trend has driven a car with man sized tires.

You want to put a narrower tire than stock. Wtf.

Tried and true 205/45 for that look you're going for.
                          Anything smaller just looks weird.

Front offset is okay, but the rear is what you have to worry about. It's sportmaxx fitment @ et0 with an 8", and rubbing is just something you have to tolerate. Thats why my offsets are backwards if you read above where I mentioned it. It just rubbed for the amount of low I wanted so I switched the spacers front and back then added a wee bit of camber to compensate.

Can anyone lend me a hand? South San Diego/Chula Vista

I gotta replace my thermostat housing. I'm heading to Autobahn Parts today to pick up everything I need and I'm going to attempt to do the job myself tomorrow morning. Unlike most of the members on this forum, I am not THAT handy when it comes to turning a wrench. I'm a fast learner, but just don't have that much experience.

I was just wondering if there is anybody in my area who might be willing to help, or at least if there is someone I can call upon should I get stuck. The replacing of the housing seems simple enough, it's the bleeding of the coolant line that I'm concerned with.

I plan on doing the job in my driveway in the morning while the engine is still cool. But if someone is willing to help, I'm willing to drive the car over to your place and wait for it to cool off. I'm in the Eastlake area of Chula Vista, south of San Diego city.

                              Thanks in advance
                              -Ariel
