Yea and the trailing arm is cracked in a spot.
The motor mount is off itself and shifted also.
I'm already compiling those things and taking my car for full inspection so the adjuster doesn't try to have at me because there's stuff you can't see with the naked eye.

I want to get through the "his word vs. mine" thing first. I know this guy is stubborn and I want to get over that mountain first.

Put all your new interior in the car. Clean the car inside and out like you were about to sell it for $10k. Then get all your receipts together and have castros write receipts for all the work they did. Then get an appraiser. Its not worth the fight with the insurance company. So as soon as you hear from the adjuster who is going to handle tell them your hiring an appraiser and give them your appraisers #. That will speed up the claim nicely and let them know your not the average dumb, cheap insured.
