    e36's are failures, they look cool but feel like boats.
    everyone fucks up some way or another ( i wont say names or how ) but the 36 was my first fuck up ever and ive been driving for 5 years. At least it didnt happen to me up in mountains right?


    i still wanne what these m3 link looks like and how much of a upgrade are they? is it just like Wow i can feel that or is it night and day? I need to get my car on roll. Money is time and time is money when a babys on the way.

        Ben just cause you money shifted at highway speds does not make e36's failures or boats. my M3 will rape your car any day of the week in the twisties.

        this is what the link looks like. it attaches to a tab on the strut, not really much imagination needed to figure this out.

        The tabs are $30 from AKG. Then you have to weld them on. Most people that i know of also remove the shock just in case you weld trough the strut tube.

        With the links you will probably want adjustable so say another $100 from TMS.

        That's $130 in parts + shipping and then whatever labor needed for welding on top of that. Is it worth it? Yes.

                                I did my m3 links the cheaper way by having chris fab and weld tabs for $60, and m3 links for $20. So it can be done for that or cheaper. Except I also got poly bushings and ie reinforcement plates..plus a cabrio bar, so like $140.

                                Also, I cant say I'm a big fan of base e36s, but m3s drive very very nicely
