        I'm running on 5 cylinders. Changed the spark plug, no luck. Checked the distributor cap/ wires and the spark is there. Still not fixed. What else could it be?

                        Test the injectors. One's either mechanically not working or the harness connector is corroded.

                                                        Without even taking anything apart, use a mechanic's stethoscope (or long screwdriver) to listen for ticking at each injector. If that's all good, you'll have to test the fuel flow from each one.
