                dude, you don't ever want them to take the KBB on your car...i think mine is something like $800. autotrader is always overpriced for e30s, as is craigslist. that's a good thing.

                                    Just don't sign anything to absolve their insured of any additional liability. I'd also write a letter to the department of insurance complaining about how long it took for them to present you with a value for your car. Don't complain about your fault percentage. just them dragging their feet.
