honestly, how much of a pita is it to BAR a e30 in cali? don't like the idea that all my hard work can be just towed away.

Plenty of threads on it here on R3V. Pretty easy if you have the right stuff installed.

That being said, I have not heard of ONE person getting cited or towed for having a 24v swap.
