Those look like RC090 replicas, they even have the same offset.

Try searching for ^ you'll get an idea of how they look, but won't be the same size.

Only problem is they never made a 16 RC style 5. Let alone in a 4x100 bolt pattern. But I don't think anyone with a $400 budget for brand new wheels should overly scrutinize their purchase.

Reps are cheap and look good these days. If you don't have a ridiculous budget they're a nice option IMO
