Monthly East Bay Meet

Hey Bay Area R3Vers. Current plan (which is not f'sho) is to meet up at UC Berkeley Rugby Field Parking Lot., in Berkeley California, right on the Cal Campus.
This is close to Hwy 880, as well as 580, near the S.F. Bay Bridge, and maybe a 15 minute drive down from San Raf/Marin Co.
Right over the tunnel from Orinda, W.C, Lafyette, and minutes from Oakland.
That is a common hangout spot with E30 M3 drivers, and its right at the foot of some great roads.
We can drive up onto the Grizzly Peak/Skyline connection into the hills, then drive up and out into the hills of Contra Costa County.
Up there, there are TONS of panoramics, and nicely constructed roads with great views, there are always enthuisasts up there from one scene or another.

haha no way, the more the merrier. I cannot do anything from now till next Saturday, gonna be in Socal for some college visits etc. Any other possible dates up there?

Yeah I'm down, as long as you're talking about berryessa road in San Jose. I live on that street, haha but I know you didn't mean that :(

Anyway I'd be down if this somehow gets pushed into September. My red e30 should be up and running in about 1-2 weeks, my blue e30 is prepped for entire front end removal, then I have to do the same thing to the red e30, swap, then swap the rear end of the blue to the red, and done.

hey guys, I updated the original post with a headcount. The current date (which is tenative is set for 22nd (next sunday) if that works, (or not) let's throw up some dates.
lol dnova, i think he's talking about lake berryessa, near sonoma, over the carcines bridge :(
...An idea: Meet at Cafe Strada on Bancroft ave in Berkeley then take off from there.
That is the armenian e30 m3 hang out spot on the weekends :D

BTW guys, if you cannot make it in August, we can for sure start a monthly thing (or whatever) going moving forward.
