I had a simular experiance a couple of weeks ago. I was first to call and setup an appointment for the next morning which was suppose to be the first appointment. It was an hour drive so I called the next morning before I left home and when he aswered the phone he was talking to someone else. I asked him "do you someone there to looking at the car", He said "yes", I said "I thought that I was suppose to be your first appointment", he said "yes, do you want me to call you when he leaves", I said "nope, good luck with your sale".

Shit happens with buying and selling stuff, just part of the game. It does piss me off but I don't let it get me down.

When I bought my M3 back in March this year,the old man who was selling the car held it for me for almost 3 weeks.I live in SoCal and he was up above SF area.
He said when I got to his house to do the deal that it seemed as if hundreds of people called to come see and want to buy the car. Even when I was there the phone rang and it was a possible buyer.
He told me by the sound of my voice and the way I spoke to him was the reason he waited for me.He said all the other callers were people being dick heads when they spoke to him on the phone about the car.
