Bimmerfest 2011 will be held on May 14, 2011 at the Ros

I can't compare venues since last year was my first. I took my two sons in my old semi-beat up E30 :) (as compared to so many other nice bimmers that were there) and had fun walking around checking out the site. I think my boys especially enjoyed few of the "bodacious" show girls that were there but I couldn't convince either to take pics with them. Maybe this year one will :)

True. My favorite part is the few hours after Bfest when everyones kicking it with eachother, we meet up at the hotels and get WRECKED.

Bah, we make the trip each year from the midwest. Last 2 times I did the drive my muffler either fell off on the trip or the day before the trip.

well I for one will buy you a drink, I know i did my share of bothering of ole admin james over the years. I'll have either an early e30 or an e28 hopefully before the fest, but we will see.

I don't give a rats infected ass who goes or not, I just want to have a big ol' kickback afterwards like Mariano said. 2 years ago the NorCal and us the SoCal guys had a blast with the circle of life, drinking and discovering Jesse30's TURTOE, almost getting the boot from the best western one guy taken to the holding tank for the night, it was awesome. I want to do this again.

Also I don't think the S38 will be as complete and tested as I want for a trip that long. I don't want to blow up that motor on a simple roadtrip if I can avoid it.
