sorry about your transmission situation. where is the car located? Levant at Guten parts sells really good transmissions for cheap and Ryan G. in Auburn does swaps for cheap as well too. I was in a similar situation

Well Ryan was the one doing my tranny swap when he hit the snug of it being the wrong year tranny. He also shot me some advice about the car mechanically which was wat led me too just parting out the car .I wish I had more dinero and the space I would def keep this car its so clean and frshly painted but it is what it is and this is where im at now with the situation.

What exactly is wrong with it? Rather than parting out your clean car why not fix it? With our early models theres no part on the car worth more than $200.

Well as it sits right now ....the exhaust is off there is no tranny on it ,the tranny I bought is the wrong one lol, and motor wise well needed a whole rebuild. Im parting it out but I just picked up another one today ill probably take it to the meet .anyway the one that im parting out hopefully I can get a few things off it and get rid of it...u need anything? Lol

Just picked up an 88 with the late tails and db bumpers =( but I gues perfect candidate for pb swap later. And to zxert the carpet is tan im not sure how much its worth to u but it does need a cleaning (if u want it)

Its worth it to me as long as there are no holes. I'm going to go with tan interior. Is the foot plate on the drivers side good?

I can swap you with my grey/blue carpet thats in good condition so you aren't selling a carpetless car. The problem is that it has mold. Actually all of my interior does. Windows down forever.
